We really enjoyed meeting you. From our experience, we are estimating that the Medium 24-hour package would be the best choice for you. ​


The other option would be the Small 12-hour package and add-on hours as needed at $75 per organizer, per hour.


Once this is signed, you will receive the invoice. Once that is paid, we will get you on the calendar!

PRIVACY AND CONFIDENTIALITY

Given the sensitive nature of the work we do and the high level of trust it requires our clients to place in us, you can be assured of absolute privacy when working with us. We emphasize confidentiality, honesty, and integrity.

SERVICE AREA & RESTRICTIONS

We primarily serve clients within 60 minutes travel time of our Canton, MS home office. Travel fees outside the service area are quoted at $20 per hour.


We reserve the right to withdraw from an organizing project at any time if the project involves perceived unsage working conditions, if clients are in breach of their agreement with us (bounced checks, non-payment, etc) or if we cannot render the services requested by client through no fault of our own.

METHODS AND TERMS OF PAYMENT

Payment can be made by check, cash, or credit card. Package pricing is paid in advance. Hourly rate pay is expected at the end of each work session. The client is responsible for any bad check fees and/or cost of collections.

EXPENSES

Direct expenses of services (including, but not limited to, supplies, copying services, shredding services, shipping fees, delivery charges, parking) are the client's responsibility. They will be billed to client at the time of service, if not provided directly by client.

SUPPLIES

Clients are responsible for paying for all agreed upon supplies necessary for the completion of the project.


We will either make suggestions about what supplies should be purchased and the client will do the shopping, or we will shop and purchase supplies without the client being present.

CONTROL & ACCESS TO JOB SITE

Clients acknowledge control of the job site and agree to provide us access to job site for the term of the work.

PERFORMANCE & DELIVERY GUARANTEE

We will not throw anything out without the client's permission. We help the client make decisions, but the final decision is always hers. Thus, the client is responsible for any loss or damage resulting from the discarding or destroying of any records or personal effects. The client agrees to make final decisions about disposal of items.


We agree to implement the proposed solutions within a reasonable period of time, as discussed with the client, and for the price agreed upon.


If Light House Organizer fails to meet any realistic expectations, we will schedule a complimentary session to make any necessary adjustments.


All claims must be submitted in writing within 7 business days of completion of the project. Letters describing in detail what work or parts of the project were not completed or satisfactorily executed should be mailed Return Receipt Requested to : Light House Organizer, 153 Sagefield Square, Canton, MS 39046.

Failure to make a claim within 7 business days implies that client fully accepts the completed work. ​

ACTING AS YOUR AGENT

At a client's request, Light House Organizer will act as your agent with other service providers (movers, carpenters, contractors, etc.). Clients must contract directly with such service providers. We take no responsibility - and clients agree to hold us harmless - for the actions or performance of other service providers not affiliated with Light House Organizer.

REASONABLE CARE

We will use reasonable care in the performance of all our duties. We will not accept responsibility for any damage to a client's personal property that is not the direct result of our gross negligence. If applicable, you are responsible for furnishing a list of specific items you do not want to have Light House Organizer touch or move.


In the fulfillment of our organizing services, clients agree to hold Lindsey Enterprises DBA Light House Organizer harmless and give us full discretion in the removal and disposal of papers, files, and /or other property belonging to the client. We will provide a receipt for donated items but cannot guarantee the amount of any tax deduction you may claim.

PHOTOGRAPHS

Clients give us permission to use before and after photographs in our marketing materials. Clients will NOT be identified. Client confidentiality is of upmost importance.

TESTIMONIALS

Clients give us permission to use testimonials they provide in our marketing materials, which may include print and online advertising.

IMPORTANT LEGAL INFORMATION

Agreements with our clients are not transferable to any other parties.
